Education for Change
Kenya Make a Difference supports the education of over 500 children in Kenya.
At the Learning Hub the program follows the guidelines of the British Curriculum Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1-2, integrated with the Kenyan Ministerial Program.
The school and the children’s progress and achievements are constantly monitored by Mrs. Chilver and family, who on a regular basis visits the Learning Hub to meet both, the children and teachers.
Over the years, our association has focused on supporting the education of over 1000 children in Kenya. The intent is to increase the children's level of education and to introduce new students each year into the program.

We are committed to ensuring equality of opportunity for all students, staff, parents and carers irrespective of race, gender, disability, religious belief, sexual orientation, age or socio-economic background. We aim to develop a culture of inclusion and diversity in which all our school community feel proud of their identity and where everyone can participate fully in the life of the school. We address discrimination through the positive promotion of equality, by challenging bullying and stereotypes and by creating an environment which champions respect for all. Diversity is a strength which should be respected and celebrated by all those who learn, teach and visit us. We provide all our students with the opportunity to succeed and to reach the highest level of personal achievement. We do this by: Preparing our students for life in a diverse society. Using materials that reflect the diversity of the local and international community without stereotyping. Using an inquiry focused teaching approach to explore diversity, critical thinking and developing an understanding that other opinions are valuable too. Promoting attitudes and values that challenge any discriminatory behaviour or prejudice. Providing opportunities for students to appreciate their own culture and celebrate the diversity of other cultures. We strive to resolve all differences among community members using respectful, constructive dialogue. Above all, The Learning Hub School believes that dignity and humanity take priority when conflict arises.
